Terms and condition

Using This Site Means You Agree to What's Here

These terms are a deal between you and this site. You use it, and you follow the rules. Simple. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, that’s okay. Just don’t use the site.

Things might change sometimes. If they do, we’ll update this page. Keep using the site after changes happen? That means you’re okay with the new version.

Who's Allowed Here

In the UAE, you’re considered an adult at 18. So this site is for people 18 and over. If you’re younger, you need a parent or guardian with you. And they have to agree to these rules too. No sneaking around that.

New Laws, Same Site

The UAE brings in new rules now and then. Stuff about AI, about digital safety, about how kids use the internet. This site follows those rules. When you search for your visa, automated systems handle it. Nothing personal. Just computers doing their thing. Use them honestly and for real purposes.

What This Place Actually Is

Not the Government, Not Pretending to Be

This is a private website. Full stop.

We’re not ICP. Not GDRFA. Not MOHRE. None of that. We connect to public government data so you can check your visa. But here’s what we don’t do:

  • Say yes or no to visas: That’s not our call. Never has been.
  • Take government money: Any fees mentioned are for information only. We don’t collect them.
  • Promise approvals: The authorities decide. Not us.

Want the real official version? Go straight to government sites. This place points you in the right direction. It doesn’t replace them.

Also Not a Law Firm

Everything here is for general info. We try to keep up with changes. But none of this counts as legal advice.

If you need someone in your corner who will really fight for you, find a lawyer. Go to an official center. Talk to people who can actually do something. This site explains how things usually work. It can’t fix your specific problem.

Stuff You Need to Do

Type Things Correctly

When you put in your passport number or Emirates ID, double-check it. One wrong number and you’ll get nothing back. Or worse, someone else’s info.

Typing fake info on purpose? That’s not just breaking rules. It could be breaking laws. Don’t go there.

Only Check What You Should Check

Use this place for:

  • Yourself
  • Family, you’re responsible for
  • People you officially sponsor

Checking up on someone else without asking? Not okay. That’s their private business.

Things That'll Get You Blocked

We watch for bad behavior. Systems flag weird stuff. Here’s what’s not allowed:

  • Automated tools: Don’t use bots or scrapers to pull data.
  • Breaking in: Don’t try to hack, overload, or mess with the site.
  • Selling stuff: Don’t charge people for results from our free tools.
  • Pretending: Don’t claim you’re from this site or the government.

Keep It Legal

Use this site the right way. No visa tricks. No helping people dodge immigration rules. If something looks wrong, we might report it. Keeps things clean for everyone.

Our Stuff Belongs to Us

All the guides, the tracker, and the words on these pages? That’s ours. Copyright law covers it. You can read it. Share links. Use it to figure out your visa. You can’t copy big chunks and claim you wrote it. You can’t sell it. That’s not legal.

What We're Responsible For (And Not)

Info Comes "As Is"

We try hard to get things right. But nobody’s perfect. Sometimes we miss something. Sometimes government systems change and we don’t catch it fast enough.

So the info here comes “as is.” No promises it’s perfect or complete. If you need absolute certainty, check official sources.

Other People's Systems Aren't Our Problem

This site talks to government databases. When do those systems crash, run slowly, or return incorrect information? That’s on them, not us.

What if you get “No Record Found” somewhere else and miss a flight because of it? That stinks, but we can’t be responsible. Same for fines, bans, anything like that. We give information. You make choices. Always verify first.

If You Break Rules, You Cover the Costs

Standard stuff here: if you misuse the site and someone sues us, you pay. That means if you scrape data illegally, check visas you shouldn’t, or violate someone’s privacy, you’re on the hook for any claims or legal fees.

Don’t break rules, and you’ll never worry about this.

UAE Law Applies

These rules follow UAE law. If there’s ever a dispute, that’s where it gets handled.

We Can Block You if We Have To

We don’t want to. But we will if someone:

  • Breaks these rules
  • Scrapes data with bots
  • Harms other users or the site

No warning necessary. Just done. These rules protect everyone. You. Us. Other people are using the site. If you want to know more, then our
Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer pages fill in more background.
