Before You Rely on Anything Here, Read This

No Affiliation with ICP, GDRFA, or Any Official Body

This site is independent. Not connected to any government entity. When you see names like “ICP Smart Services,” “GDRFA Dubai,” or “Amer Centers,” those are just references so you know what to look for. Those names, logos, and brands belong to their owners.

No endorsement exists. No official review has happened. If you called ICP and asked about this site, they’d probably say they’ve never heard of it. That’s fine. This site is a guide. They’re the ones who actually process visas.

Information Changes Fast. This Site Tries to Keep Up.

UAE visa rules shift often. New announcements come out. Fees change. Processes get updated. Grace periods appear or disappear. This site tries to catch everything. But sometimes things slip through. Sometimes rules change, and the update doesn’t happen immediately.

Here’s the reality: by the time you read something, it might already be out of date. A fine amount could be different. A rule about overstays might have changed. A portal link might have moved.

If you’re about to book a flight or spend money based on something you read here, take five minutes and check the official site first. That extra step saves headaches.

This Is Not Legal Advice

This site does not provide legal advice. No lawyers work here. No immigration consultants review the content. Reading these guides does not create any professional relationship. No representation exists. No one here can advocate for you.

If you have a real problem, a travel ban, a deportation order, or a dispute with an employer, don’t rely on a website. Talk to someone who can actually help. A licensed lawyer. An official government office. Someone who can look at your specific situation and take action.

This site explains how things generally work. It cannot fix individual problems.

Third-Party Links and Technical Limits

This site links to official portals so you can check status, pay fines, and handle transactions. But once you leave, this site has no control over you. Those websites might go down. They might run slowly. They might have technical glitches. Their servers undergo maintenance sometimes. None of that is within this site’s control.

If an official portal says “No Record Found,” but you know you have a valid visa, this site can’t override that. That’s between you and them.

Security practices on external sites? Also not controlled here. They’re official government sites, so they’re probably fine. But use them at your own risk. For more on how we think about data protection, our Privacy Policy outlines our approach.

No Money Handling. At All

This site is free. Always has been. Always will be. No visa fees are collected here. No fines. No processing charges. Nothing. If you need to pay for something, such as a renewal, an overstay fine, or a status change, do it through official channels. ICP website. GDRFA portal. Amer Center.

Tasheel. Somewhere official. Anyone asking for direct payment for government services? That’s a scam. Don’t fall for it.

Also worth noting: if you book flights or hotels based on something read here and it turns out wrong, this site can’t reimburse you. That’s why verification matters before committing. Our Terms and Conditions cover this in more detail, including why we can’t be held responsible for third-party bookings.

Your Visa, Your Responsibility

This site exists to help. The goal is simple: help you understand how things work so you don’t stress out or make mistakes.

But at the end of the day, your visa is your responsibility. Not this site’s.

  • You need to know when it expires
  • You need to check your status through official channels
  • You need to take action before fines start
  • You need to make sure your records are correct

If something on this site doesn’t match what an official portal shows, trust the official portal. Every single time.
